High-Pressure Pumps
Werner’s KD and P3 high-pressure pump families provide the working core for jetting, cleaning and specialised process systems. Across nine series, reciprocating triplex plunger architecture is paired with application-specific drive, lubrication and liquid-end options. The result is not an off-the-shelf compromise, but a pump selected around pressure, flow, medium, duty cycle and installation.

Product overview
Built to endure. Engineered to perform.
A high-pressure pump only performs as well as its application match. Werner selects from the KD708, KD716, KD724 and KD725 families and the P3-08, P3-10, P3-15, P3-19 and P3-45 families, then aligns the pump speed, plunger, drive and liquid end with the required duty.
KD for heavier duties
The KD family brings reinforced power ends and multiple gearbox, bareshaft and selected hydraulic-drive configurations to higher-duty industrial systems. Depending on the series and version, options include power-end cooling, pressure lubrication, crankshaft overload protection and suction-valve release for controlled load and unload transitions.
P3 for compact integration
The P3 family packages triplex plunger performance into smaller footprints for cleaning, sewer jetting and process service. Across the range, options include left- or right-hand drive, hydraulic-drive interfaces on selected models, splash lubrication, optional cooling and ports arranged for practical system integration.
Specify the liquid end
Fluid capability is version-specific. Available liquid-end options range from clear, recycled and hot water duties to stainless-steel construction for selected aggressive, abrasive, neutral, hot or chemically reactive media. Werner confirms compatibility, suction conditions and continuous-duty rating as part of final selection.
Nine pump families cover compact P3 through heavier KD platforms.
Triplex plunger architecture supports efficient high-pressure operation.
Suction and discharge connections are available on either side on selected models.
Direction of rotation and drive arrangement can be selected on many variants.
Liquid-end materials and stuffing-box design are matched to the medium and duty.
Optional cooling and lubrication arrangements support demanding duty cycles where specified.
Final capacity, motor power and suction requirements must be read from the selected model’s performance table.
How the system is defined
Performance starts with the duty.
Werner technical sales matches the complete unit to the material, environment, mounting and working cycle. Final specifications remain subject to engineering confirmation.
