Trailer-Mounted Sewer Cleaners

The Earl 600-164/100 is the compact entry to the range: a four-cylinder, single-axle unit with a 45 kW air-cooled diesel engine and a 600 L service-water tank. Its rated duty is 164 L/min at 100 bar, with an alternative 80 L/min at 200 bar configuration available for higher-pressure work.

Built for municipal, construction and industrial jetting, the Earl carries 120 m of 25 mm sewer-cleaning hose on a hydraulic reel, plus a 30 m hand hose, pressure gun and fan nozzle for wash-down work. Road registration, overrun and park brakes, stabiliser legs and a retractable jockey wheel make it straightforward to move and set up.

The Emperor 600-295/135 moves into higher-volume work with a six-cylinder, single-axle platform, a 75-80 kW diesel-engine range and a hydraulic reel sized for up to 150 m of 25 mm hose. Its rated 295 L/min at 135 bar output brings the volume and control needed for demanding municipal and industrial line cleaning.

A side-mounted control station, emergency stop, adjustable pressure regulation, filter-condition gauges and automatic engine protection bring the operator’s essential controls together. The 120 m sewer hose and separate 25 m hand hose support both line cleaning and close-range wash-down from one mobile system.

The King 600-348/205 is the highest-output model in this three-unit range. Its six-cylinder 150 kW diesel engine, double-axle road trailer and 348 L/min at 205 bar rated output are configured for heavy municipal and industrial pipe-cleaning duties where flow, pressure and platform stability all matter.

The King adds a 250 L fuel tank, direct drive, pneumatic pressure regulation and a hydraulically controlled main hose reel. A 120 m sewer-cleaning hose, 25 m hand hose and matched bullet, grenade-bomb and pointed nozzles create a complete field package rather than a bare pump on wheels.

Every model is assembled around the realities of field operation: moving between sites, deploying hose safely, protecting the pump’s water supply and keeping controls accessible. Built in South Africa for punishing African service, the range is equally at home wherever reliable mobile jetting is required.
