Cleaning a reactor, autoclave, agitator vessel or storage tank is not simply a matter of adding more pressure. Vessel openings, internal components, residue, cleaning medium, hazardous-area requirements and process downtime all determine the right system.
Coverage engineered into the head
The water-driven TWK cleaning head uses two opposing, off-axis nozzles. Rotor movement combined with rotation on the vertical axis carries the water jets across the internal surface, including difficult-to-reach areas. The KBR cleaner provides an electrically or pneumatically driven option for smaller vessels.
Position the cleaning action where it counts
Manual hose guides, rigid-tube RPE devices, hose-guiding SPE systems, tele-arms and telescopes provide flexible positioning. Automatic reel systems suit multiple vertical cleaning positions and lifting lengths up to 25 m; fixed lance systems provide controlled positioning over approximately 6-7 m, with greater travel possible in specific vertical applications.
From stand-alone cleaning to process integration
Systems can be mobile or permanently installed, manually operated or electronically programmed, and integrated with plant process control. Gas-tight, pressure-tight and explosion-proof configurations are available where the application requires them.
