Industrial cleaning
Skid- and Trolley-Mounted High-Pressure Washers
Werner’s skid- and trolley-mounted range puts dependable high-pressure cleaning exactly where the work demands it. Choose compact electric or petrol-driven units for everyday industrial cleaning, or step up to the 2,800 bar electric trolley for specialist surface preparation. Designed in South Africa, each configuration balances mobility, serviceability and application-matched pressure without carrying unnecessary complexity.

Product overview
Built to endure. Engineered to perform.
This is not one machine stretched across every task. It is a configurable family: efficient electric washers for workshops and enclosed facilities, independent petrol units for remote and outdoor sites, and a purpose-built ultra-high-pressure trolley for specialist industrial cleaning.
Choose the right drive
The electric range covers working pressures from 130 to 250 bar with 2.2-15 kW motor options. Direct drive removes the belt set from the power path, while optional low-water and trigger-stop protection can help safeguard the pump and reduce unnecessary running.
Petrol-driven models remove dependence on an electrical connection. The range spans 11-50 L/min at 130-250 bar, carried on a wheelbarrow-style trolley with pneumatic tyres and an industrial hose reel option for mobile cleaning across yards, farms and construction sites.
When pressure changes the job
For coating removal, descaling and surface preparation, the electric UHP trolley pairs a Werner KD-716P15 triplex plunger pump with a 75 kW, 380 V motor. It delivers 18 L/min at 2,800 bar through remotely regulated pneumatic pressure control, with a fine-mesh inlet filter and booster pump protecting the water supply.
Electric standard-duty range: 130-250 bar and 14-50 L/min, model dependent.
Petrol standard-duty range: 130-250 bar and 11-50 L/min, model dependent.
Direct-drive electric models suit indoor areas where exhaust emissions are unacceptable.
Petrol drive provides self-contained mobility for outdoor and remote work.
Optional trolleys, hose reels, chemical injection and water-sandblasting accessories extend the standard range.
The 2,800 bar trolley uses remote pneumatic pressure adjustment and a protected four-wheel frame.
Werner can match hose, gun, lance and nozzle selection to the required pressure and surface.
How the system is defined
Performance starts with the duty.
Werner technical sales matches the complete unit to the material, environment, mounting and working cycle. Final specifications remain subject to engineering confirmation.
