Compact jetting & vacuum
Bakkie-Mounted Rapid Response Vehicle
The Werner Rapid Response Vehicle brings jetting and vacuum recovery into a compact 4WD platform that reaches the places conventional cleaning trucks cannot. Designed and built in South Africa for demanding field conditions, it combines agile access, robust aluminium construction and vehicle-powered performance in one highly deployable unit - ready for urgent call-outs or planned maintenance anywhere the work takes it.

Product overview
Built to endure. Engineered to perform.
When fast access matters, the Rapid Response Vehicle puts a capable cleaning system exactly where it is needed. Its compact 4WD format is suited to basements, parking structures, shopping centres, narrow urban lanes and other restricted sites, while the dual-compartment tank keeps jetting water and recovered sludge within one neatly integrated package.
Two operations. One agile vehicle.
High-pressure jetting and vane-pump suction are powered through the vehicle’s full-power split-shaft unit, avoiding a separate auxiliary engine. The result is a clean, space-efficient installation built for rapid mobilisation, economical power use and straightforward daily operation.
Built around the operator
A waterproof rear control box, emergency stop, hour meters and wireless remote help the crew work with confidence. Lockable tool storage, dedicated pipe holders and a muck bin keep fittings and contaminated equipment organised between jobs.
Field-ready details
The fixed-partition aluminium tank is lightweight and corrosion resistant, with practical access for draining and cleaning. Werner can tailor pump performance and selected equipment to the duty, giving municipalities, contractors and facilities teams a compact unit configured around the work rather than a one-size-fits-all compromise.
Dual-compartment aluminium tank with approximately 800 L sludge capacity and 400 L water capacity.
Vane vacuum pump delivers 198–320 m³/h for suction and discharge duties.
Configurable high-pressure system covers 40-90 L/min and 150-320 bar.
Rear hydraulic high-pressure reel has capacity for up to 100 m of hose; the standard equipment list specifies 60 m.
Wireless remote control, waterproof controls and emergency stop support safe off-vehicle operation.
Two lockable tool compartments, pipe holders and a dedicated muck bin keep the working area orderly.
Optional equipment includes a 90° pivoting hose reel, reversing camera and upgraded vacuum-pump configurations.
How the system is defined
Performance starts with the duty.
Werner technical sales matches the complete unit to the material, environment, mounting and working cycle. Final specifications remain subject to engineering confirmation.
- Compact access where larger trucks cannot operate
- Combines jetting and recovery in one response vehicle
