Unlike a conventional vacuum truck, the unit recycles water during operation, reducing the need for fresh water and allowing crews to work for longer without repeatedly stopping to refill.
With significant challenges across both stormwater and wastewater infrastructure, the municipality is already considering adding another two recycling units to its fleet for wastewater applications.
